Anna & Keegan contacted me way, way, waaaay back at the end of 2019. They were planning for their summer 2020 wedding, which obviously got pushed back as so many weddings did. They were married that year and planned for a 2021 celebration. Life and craziness was still happening in 2021 and their wedding celebration, yet again, was pushed back.
Hello 2022! Finally Anna & Keegan were able to gather all their friends and family to celebrate their two years of wedded bliss! They have the sweetest little one year old babe that joined them for the festive occasion at the Whitehall Inn in Camden, Maine.
Every type of weather on a wedding day has its pros and cons. Saturday, June 11th 2022 had zero cons. Zero. It was literally the perfect wedding weather. Beautifully warm with the slightest breeze coming off the Maine coast. There were no mosquitos, no black flies, no sweating, no shivering- just straight up perfection. After some family photos, we made the trek up to Mt. Battie. I had never been there before and was excited to see what the views were like, and let me tell you all, it did not disappoint! That spot might be my new go-to spot when I am in Camden. I usually shy away from bright, direct sunlight for many reasons (harsh shadows and squinting mostly)- but there was no way of avoiding it up on top of Mt. Battie and the result was beautiful. The sky, Camden harbor, Anna & Keegan- beautiful…it was all so beautiful!
I am so honored to have photographed this wedding celebration after all these years of planning. Congratulations Anna & Keegan- so so happy for you and your beautiful family!
