Amy & Mike were married a couple years ago in 2020 surrounded by their closest friends and family. This past weekend they were able to gather with more of their friends and family and their sweet little babe to celebrate their two years of marriage!
It was a beautifully hot summer day on the coast of New Hampshire- a wonderful day for a celebration! Mike and Amy both got ready at Amy’s parents house. There was no keeping the guys and girls separate- just a whole lot of hanging out together, which I loved! After everyone was ready to go, it was off to the Seacoast Science Center. The ceremony was sweet and simple. When Amy and I were chatting during the pre-wedding planning process she had mentioned that during the ceremony they would have a “unity candle, of sorts…” which in my mind I instantly thought it was probably a sand pouring. Turns out it was a unity beer, complete with a groomsmen down on one knee holding the cup- it was so unique and so fun!
Amy and Mike were very adamant they wanted photos of the beautiful coast. When the timing and the sun didn’t work out to the plans we had, we didn’t panic! We found a shady spot right after the ceremony to grab a few quick shots and then waited quite a few hours until the sun was lower and the light was softer. We were then able to grab some epic coastal photos just as Mike and Amy had imagined. I am so happy the weather was amazing and we could get those large landscape shots which they wanted so much and which I love photographing SO much!
Congratulations to Amy & Mike and their sweet baby girl- it was such a pleasure to document the beautiful celebration!
